Day 5 - Thursday

Featured animal of the day: the red river hog! Aaaand welcome to Epcot... for the third time! This was the first day we actually spent real time in Epcot though. First stop? Canada! We learned that all Canadians live in log houses (and igloos!) and dress like lumberjacks. We ate and drank our way around the rest of the world (champagne in France, hot spiced wine in Germany, margaritas in Mexico), caught a street performer in Italy, and met up with Donald Duck in Mexico. We were also fortunate enough to see the Candelight Processional: a retelling of the Christmas Story with an orchestra, choir, and narrator. On this particular night the story was narrated by Neil Patrick Harris. Afterward we hopped on the monorail to catch dinner at Chef Mickey's in the Contemporary Resort where we finally met Minnie Mouse in person.
